PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Points expire 24 months after they're earned, so use them — or roll them into store credit at your convenience.

Points have a 30-day holding period before they can be redeemed. Points awarded manually by the Paw Prosper team can be redeemed instantly.

Points are earned on dollars spent, excluding taxes and shipping.

Points are non-transferable between accounts.

Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded once issued.

There's no minimum redemption threshold for gift cards — redeem any amount at any time.

For groups, accrual rolls up to the clinic level or parent-company level. All clinics within a group must choose the same approach.
