PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Earning & Group Rules
Points are earned strictly on dollars spent (excluding taxes and shipping); for multi-location groups, point accrual must roll up uniformly to either the clinic or parent-company level.
Redemption & Expiration
Points expire after 24 months unless used or converted to store credit, require a 30-day holding period (unless manually awarded by the Paw Prosper team for instant use), carry no minimum threshold for gift card redemption, and are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed.
