Return Policy
This return policy applies only to wholesale and professional accounts. For pet parents, please refer to each brand’s specific return policy.
All sales are final and orders are non-returnable, except in cases where items are defective, damaged, or shipped in error. Any issues must be reported via email to info@pawprosper.com within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Once approved, returns will be resolved with either a replacement or a refund, and products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Paw Prosper will cover all return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
