The Walkin’ Warrior Harness is designed for maximum comfort, safety, and adjustability. It can be used as a comfortable walking harness or as an upgrade to your dog’s standard wheelchair harness. This heavy-duty front harness is fully compatible with the Walkin’ Wheels dog wheelchair in the Small, Medium and Large sizes. Please note, it is not compatible with the Mini wheelchair.

  1. Measure the girth of your dog’s chest right behind the front legs all the way around the body (the widest part of the rib cage)
  2. Next, measure your dog's neck girth at the lowest point, all the way around the base of the neck

Yes! The Warrior Harness can be used as an upgraded front harness with Walkin’ Wheels wheelchair. The Warrior Harness is fully compatible with the Small, Medium, Medium/Large, and Large Walkin’ Wheels.

To ensure proper fit, please verify the size compatibility: The XSmall and Small sizes are compatible with the Small wheelchair, while the Medium, Large, and XLarge sizes are compatible with the Medium, Med/Large, and Large wheelchairs.

How do I choose the right size harness for my dog?

To determine what size Warrior Harness your dog needs, measure the girth of your dog’s chest from behind their front legs and wrap all the way around their body. Can the Warrior Harness be used with a Quad Walkin’ Wheels Wheelchair?

The Walkin’ Warrior Harness is compatible with the Rear Walkin’ Wheels only, if you need a harness that will work with a Quad or Full Support Walkin’ Wheels we recommend either the Small Front Quad Harness.

Can I connect my dog’s leash to the Warrior Harness?

Yes, the Warrior Harness is the perfect walking harness. Each harness features a heavy-duty D-ring on the back of the Warrior Harness for easy leash attachment.

Can the Warrior Harness be used on its own?

Yes, the Warrior Harness can be used on its own as a no-choke walking harness or as a comfy wheelchair harness alternative with your pet’s Walkin’ Wheels rear wheelchair.

How long can my dog wear the Warrior Harness?

The Warrior Harness is designed to be worn during walks, while exercising in their Walkin’ Wheels wheelchair or during playtime. The Warrior Harness should always be used under supervision.

Can the Warrior Harness be used as a lifting harness?

Each Warrior Harness (except for the XS) features a sturdy handle that can be used to control and stabilize your pet. It is not meant to be used as full-body lifting support and should not be used to lift your pet off the ground. For full lifting support, we recommend the Help Em Up Harness or the Walkin’ Pet Transport Stretcher.
