Every application is reviewed by a real person on our team. We look for verification that you work with pets or pet parents in a professional capacity — that can be a clinic name, a business license, a certification, a school enrollment, or a website that shows what you do. The more clearly your application tells us who you are and how you serve animals, the faster we can approve you.

From application to first order in three steps

2.Get verified. Our team reviews each application personally. You'll typically hear back within one to two business days.
3.Start ordering — and earning. Once approved, you'll get a welcome email with your login information and access to your personalized client link and your
Paw Prosper Reward Points dashboard. Your first wholesale order and your first client order both earn double points.
Is there a cost to join?
No. The Paw Prosper Partner program is
free to join, no monthly fees and no minimum order.
Can my whole clinic share one account?
Yes. Paw Prosper is built for clinics and groups. You can choose to accrue rewards at the individual, clinic, or parent-company level — whichever matches how your team operates. See the Rewards page for details on how rollup works.
Are there minimum order requirements?
No required minimums to keep your account active. Order what you need, when you need it.
How long does approval take?
Typically one to two business days. Complex applications (large groups, international, or non-standard businesses) may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted.
What if my application isn't approved?
If we can't approve right away, we'll reach out to ask for the additional verification we need rather than just declining. We want to say yes wherever we responsibly can.
I'm not in North America. Can I still join?
Yes — international Partners are welcome. Some perks (free branded postcards) are currently North America only, with international expansion in progress.
