We look for verification that you work with pets or pet parents in a professional capacity — that can be a clinic name, a business license, a certification, a school enrollment, or a website that shows what you do. The more clearly your application tells us who you are and how you serve animals, the faster we can approve you.

Yes. Paw Prosper is built for clinics and groups. You can choose to accrue rewards at the individual, clinic, or parent-company level — whichever matches how your team operates. See the Rewards page for details on how rollup works.

Typically one to two business days. Complex applications (large groups, international, or non-standard businesses) may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted.
